Domaine Chevillon-Chezeaux Bourgogne Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Bousselots Rouge. The producer also makes a white Bousselots wine.

Aux Bousselots is one of very few Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte de Nuits to produce some white wine made from Chardonnay alongside its (still predominant) Pinot Noir-based red wines.

The climat, located in the Nuits-Saint-Georges commune just north of Beaune, produces earthy, medium-bodied red wines and lush, balanced white wines.

As Aux Bousselots is at the bottom of the Côte d'Or, the soil is a little deeper, richer, and on the ancient alluvial fan of the Meuzin river. It is composed largely of limestone pebbles and gravel, and is shot through with a whiter soil that contains oyster fossils.
