Rune Joon
At Greenwood Fine Wine, we have carefully crafted this complete experience in collaboration with Chef Rune Joon.
Rune completed his culinary apprenticeship at Søllerød Kro under the Michelin award winning Chef Jakob de Neergaard in 2009. He continued his career as the head chef at Madklubben in Tivoli, Sletten Kro and Charlottenlund Fort,
He also took part in establishing the popular restaurants Sankt Annæ 8 in Christianshavn and 20a in Nørrebro. Today, Rune is the owner of Food by Joon, specializing in private dining.
