FROM START TO FINISH
The ideal order for a complete experience always begins with a good bottle of Champagne, preferably Grand Cru, followed by white wines, then red wines, and finally, a sweet wine. The experience is enhanced by light snacks that complement the wine, adding an extra dimension.
DIMENSIONS
Wine is a natural product perceived in three dimensions: appearance, aroma, and taste. Each dimension identifies a set of characteristics that reveal details such as origin (country, region, appellation, producer), aromas, maturity, vintage, sweetness level, perception of acidity, tannins, and more.
EMOTIONS
An experience evokes a set of emotions, which are chemical reactions in our body that store information in our synapses. All of them will somehow relate to flavors, places, or moments from earlier in your life.
