WITHDRAWAL POLICY FOR WINES AND ACCESSORIES

The right of return applies to wines and accessories. The return period starts from the moment you receive your goods. Right of return: As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of return when you make a purchase with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in the same purchase but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

This deadline means that you have 14 days from receiving the item to notify us that you wish to return your purchase. You can send an email to sales@greenwoodfinewine.dk stating that you want to return, including the order number, date of purchase, date of receipt, as well as your name and address.

You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us simultaneously.

RETURN

Once you have notified us that you want to return your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the package, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transportation.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and personally delivering the item to the above address by prior arrangement.

CONDITION OF ITEMS UPON RETURN

If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way that was not necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you will not be entitled to receive a refund.

Wine can lose value if it is not stored appropriately while in your possession. Wine should be stored in a dark and ideally at 14°C. Wines mature faster and can be spoiled if stored in direct sunlight and/or subjected to fluctuating or constant temperatures above 16°C.

We request that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it might potentially result in a depreciation of the item's value.

REFUND

Delivery of goods that are expected to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Delivery of sealed goods that, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable to be returned and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Delivery of alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed upon at the time of the contract / agreement can only take place after 30 days, and where the actual value depends on fluctuations in the market that the merchant has no control over.

Agreements for transportation of goods, catering, or leisure activities, when the specific date or period is agreed upon (this could include events, courses, performances, tournaments, etc.).

Agreements for accommodation, excluding residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental, catering, or leisure activities, when the specific date or period is agreed upon (this could include events, courses, performances, tournaments, etc.).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL B2B & EVENTS

Cancellation should be made in writing no later than 12:00 pm one week prior to the event via email. With timely cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded without deduction.

Physical tickets will not be issued. In case a participant is unable to attend the event, the registration can be transferred to another party, as long as the participant unable to attend, informs Greenwood Fine Wine prior to the event start.

Right of withdrawal in business-to-business purchases: As a general rule, there is no right of withdrawal for business-to-business purchases. However, this can be agreed on a case-by-case basis, by contacting us for further information.
