Vintage Champagne: 2007 Castelnau Millésimé Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) offers a creamy mousse with a nice minty freshness evolves to reveal fresh honey and gourmet patisserie flavours. Light grilled notes and mocca add layers of complexity and lead to a well structed and balanced finish. Chardonnay, predominantly from the contrasting terroirs of Vitryat, the Grande Montagne and the Côte des Blancs are blended to create great harmony and expression.
