Gevrey-Chambertin Grand Cru: Dark ruby red with intense purple disc. Rich, complexes, with empyreumatic, tobacco, leather and torrefied coffee notes, evolving with aeration into black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberries). Dense and rich with notes of blackcurrant, black cherry and black pepper. Consistent texture with tight, ripe and sharp tannins on the finish.
