"Les Saint-Georges are complex and elegant wines, marked by the fruit purity, the subtlety of the tannins, and the nobility of the cru. A file is in progress to request its classification as a Grand Cru," Henri Gouges.
 
Halfway between Prémeaux and Nuits-Saint-Georges, Les Saint-Georges is undoubtedly the most well-known vintage of the commune. ldeally located flush with the hillside, with an eastern exposition, the vine blossoms on a large range of soils. Located at the mid-slope, complex soils, composed of limestone screes of sand from the top of the hillside, and clay.
 
2021, a rather classic Burgundy vintage. The grape maturation happened in fresher weather conditions than in recent years. Following the spring frost, yields are low at the Domain, with an average of 25hl/ha.
