Santenay 1er Cru La Comme from Château de la Maltroye which also makes a white La Comme.
 
Jean-Pierre Cournut unequivocally called 2022 "a great vintage". It is more precise than 2020 and more readable as well in terms of the underlying terroir.
 
Burghound.com/AllenMeadows tasting notes (April 2024): "Here the cooler and more reticent nose is at once more elegant and a more layered while grudgingly displays its nose of the essence of red cherry, raspberry, and soft spice wisps. I very much like the texture of the stony and well-detailed medium-bodied flavors that are like rolling a small pebble around the mouth on the clean, dry, balanced, and youthfully austere finale. Understated and lovely. 2028+".
