The aromatic complexity expresses a large range of aromas with pear, apricot, and grilled nuts hints.
The mouth is rich and dense, while enhanced by its minerality.
A refined and balanced wine.
 
Appellation: Corton Grand Cru.
Vinestock: Chardonnay.
Age of vines: 23 years old.
Soils: Clay-limestone.
Harvesting: By hand, and strict sorting.
Wine-making: Pressing of full grapes, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Light stirring of the lees.
Maturing: On lees 14-16 months, fining. Bottled at the winery.
 
Jacques Parent has handed over the domaine to his daughters Anne and Catherine.
Domaine Parent obtained organic certification in 2013 (ECOCERT Certification).
