Brut Blanc de Blancs – 100% Chardonnay – Dosage 8 g/l. All grapes are sourced from the Marne Valley.
Vinified in the same way as the Brut Assemblage. Fresh and crisp with a gently sweet, inviting nose. Romain describes the aroma as reminiscent of confectionery, and to me it brings to mind a freshly opened bag of Matador Mix – vibrant, fruity and instantly appealing. On the palate, it is fresh and precise, with fine, lively bubbles, and despite the relatively generous dosage, the wine never feels sweet or heavy.For me, this is a perfect Champagne to serve as an aperitif or simply to enjoy on its own.
