Champagne Grongnet

Champagne Grongnet is located in the town of Étoges in the Côte des Blancs region of Champagne. In 1885, Edmond Grongnet acquired land in the Côte des Blancs, outside the small town of Étoges, a few kilometers south of Épernay.
He planted the fields, mainly with Chardonnay, purchased his press, and got to work. The press still stands where he placed it back then, and much has continued as it always has been
A family rich in tradition, they continue to uphold their virtues. They still carefully tend to the vineyards on the winding hills and the entire process until the empty bottles are filled with the quality for which Champagne Grongnet is so renowned.
After five generations, it is now Cécile Grongnet who leads the way. Her father began the process that has brought the house's champagnes into today's world. Cécile carries on the torch, ensuring that vineyard work, vinification, marketing, and everything else that belongs to a modern quality champagne house is exactly as it should be.
The family motto "et terroir, en famille, en tradition" is a ritual that is upheld to the fingertips.
