La Dame de Couhins is the second label of Château Couhins (Cru Classé de Graves).
The 2020 vintage is a subtle and refined white Bordeaux where the elegance of the Sauvignon Blanc grape is given room to shine.
The wine opens with an inviting bouquet of white flowers, fresh citrus, green apples, and an exotic hint of passion fruit and pineapple.
On the palate, it is lively and mineral-driven, striking a beautiful balance between vibrant acidity and creamy depth – the result of gentle vinification and barrel aging.
The finish is long and precise, with delicate notes of toasted almonds and a chalky minerality that highlights the classic terroir of Pessac-Léognan.
Château Couhins is owned by INRAE (France’s National Institute for Agricultural Research), and renowned for its technical excellence and elegant style.
