The white Saint-Romain Village from Hubert Lignier has been produced, since the 2004 vintage, from vines located mainly on the south-facing slopes of the Sous le Château vineyard.
Its very rocky limestone soil produces the wine's notes of fresh apricot and exotic fruit, along with a lovely mineral tension.
Saint Romain is made in memory of Romain, who died in 2004.
